When a client does not turn up for their booked appointment this is called a no show.

No shows are the biggest negative impact on my small business. Not only has my business lost the money, but that appointment cannot be filled with such short notice.

My no show policy requires a fee of 50% of the cost of your booked appointments and any future appointments will require payment in full to book your appointment.
