ALL cancellations or appointment changes require more than 24 hours notice.

If you fail to give the required notice, you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment booked to cover the loss of that booking.

Any appointments over £20 will require a 50% deposit before any booking costing more than £20.

I am a self employed business owner that  solely works for myself. Any cancellations have a huge impact on my financial private life.
