What happens during a massage?
During a full body massage I will always start on your feet and end on your feet. Your feet will be cleansed with hot towels. All ares of your body will be massaged according to your booked treatment with hot oils mixed with specific essential oils. The room will be relaxing, calming with a glow, a beautiful spa scent and to finish a glass of water or even a nice cuppa. Aftercare will be provided also.
What is Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy is a flowing relaxation treatment that takes place with a vegan, oil based product. Different techniques can be used during treatment i.e hands, hot stones or bamboo massage. There are many types of massage also i.e Full body swedish massage, Lymphatic massage, Indian head massage, reflexology etc.
